RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic Returns

Returns can be made on items within 30 days of order placed, not the date delivered, provided they're in original condition—unworn, unwashed and with tags still intact—processing in 5-7 business days once received. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Orders placed with Protected Checkout avoid a $10 restocking fee applied to all returns with the exception of exchanges/credit. Please note all clearance and archive sale items are final sale.

International Returns

Returns can be made on items within 30 days of order placed—not the date delivered—processing in 7-10 business days once received. Please include the original packing slip with return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds, minus the shipping costs, will be issued once the return is received and customers will be notified when processing is complete. Be sure to save all tracking information, as Malbon is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please note exchanges/credit are not available for international orders.

International Shipments 

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note all items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

PRICE MATCHING POLICY

Items requested to be price matched must be in stock and identical to the item in the request. If the item meets the eligibility criteria and is verified by our team, Malbon will match the lower price by issuing an electronic gift card or store credit. Price matching requests must be made within 30 days from original purchase to be eligible. Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, current sales, promotions, or special offers. 

Our Price Matching Policy is subject to change without notice. Malbon reserves the right to refuse any price match request that does not meet our eligibility criteria. Please note international orders are not eligible for price match.

 

What is "Free Returns" Coverage?

By adding returns coverage at checkout, customers receive a prepaid return label—making orders eligible for a refund or exchange/credit at no extra cost. With returns coverage, claims typically take 2 business days to approve. Once approved, claims qualify for either a replacement item or store credit—refunds are not offered. Without returns coverage, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, plus a $10 restocking fee charged on refunds only.

WARRANTY 

Malbon does not offer a general warranty on items. If customers receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting [email protected]. Each case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

 

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to orders may be possible up until fulfillment begins; however, they are not guaranteed once the order is confirmed. Any requests made after confirmation are subject to availability and processing status. Malbon is not responsible if those changes cannot be accommodated.
